Shared leadership and
pull-principle
Shared Leadership: Leadership plays a crucial role in every organisation. At FELD M, we handle leadership tasks differently: we have no formal hierarchies, no titles and no leaders. We distribute leadership work and responsibility dynamically in order to make informed decisions and serve complex markets effectively. At FELD M, leadership is decentralised and everyone is invited to participate in the development of the organisation. This enables us to make decisions where the most expertise lies and to distribute tasks appropriately according to skills, interests and motivation, thus fully exploiting potential. This works because we approach issues proactively and share information transparently.
Working with clearly defined roles: We use roles to create clear responsibilities. They consist of tasks, responsibilities and rights, which are defined as a mandate that someone takes on. A person can fill one or more roles and develop and move through the organisation by taking on different roles. We distinguish between organisation-wide roles (e.g. your personal onboarding Mate), team-internal roles (e.g. Connector, Recruiting Owner or Enabler) and project-related roles (Account Manager, Project Manager and Specialist).
Knowledge and Learning: Knowledge is our most important resource and we want to learn new things together. We have a variety of different ways to do this at FELD M. From our coaching offer to find out what is important to you and where you want to develop, to tool- and subject specific courses, to organisation-wide trainings (e.g. on intercultural working, diversity or communication) and individual courses to shape your journey at FELD M.
